Precast Shapes For Blast Furnace
Description

Refractory castable precast blocks are also called refractory precast shapes. The production method is to select refractory castable or plastic refractory according to the customer's requirements. After sufficient mixing, they are poured into various prefabricated molds and formed by vibration and pounding. After molding, it is placed in a room with constant temperature and humidity for curing. The curing time usually takes 3 days. After the curing is completed, tap it with a small hammer. The sound of the tapping will determine the degree of curing of the product and determine whether it can be demolded. If the sound is muffled and the skin is soft, it usually needs to be naturally air-dried for a day, and then it can be demolded only after it is fully cured.

Technique Data

We can develop high, medium and low-grade refractory precast shapes based on the current different requirements for tapping iron from large, medium and small blast furnaces. Their physical and chemical indicators are as follows:
